Frequently
Asked Questions?
What are the benefits of doing both strength training and Pilates?
Pilates and strength training complement each other perfectly. Strength training builds power and muscle, while Pilates improves mobility, core stability, and movement control. Together, they help you move better, reduce injury risk, and build a strong, balanced body.
How much does it cost?
Our Small Group Personal Training and Reformer Pilates sessions range from £18 to £25 each—less than half the cost of traditional one-on-one training—delivering expert guidance at unbeatable value. Want to try before you commit? Start with our 30-day trial, where sessions dip below £15 each, giving you a budget-friendly way to kickstart your health and strength goals.
I have an injury- can I still do Pilates?
Yes! Pilates is low-impact and can be adapted to suit your needs. Our coaches will work with you to modify movements and ensure you’re training safely while supporting your recovery.
I’ve never done Pilates before - can I still come?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels, and our expert coaches will guide you through each movement, making sure you feel confident and comfortable.
Do I need grippy socks for Pilates?
Grippy socks are not essential for our mat classes, but they are needed for extra stability on the reformer. If you don’t have any, you’re welcome to purchase a pair from us.
How often should I do Pilates?
That depends on your goals! For improved mobility and core strength, 2 sessions per week can make a big difference. If you’re using Pilates for rehab or recovery, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. Our team can help you find the right balance.
