Asked Questions?

Our intro offer gives you your first taster session free. It’s the perfect way to experience the Method difference. No pressure, no commitment.

We don’t follow fitness trends — we teach Pilates the way it was meant to be taught: with a focus on form, breath, control and progress. At Method, you’ll work with highly trained coaches using a mix of apparatus (reformer, mat and props), not just one piece of equipment. Our sessions are small, so you’ll never be lost in the crowd.

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. We recommend fitted clothing so your instructor can check your alignment. You’ll need grip socks, which are available to purchase at the studio if you don’t have your own.

Most of our members train 23 times per week to see consistent progress. If you’re recovering from injury, training for something specific, or want to see faster results, we can help you build a plan that suits your goals.

Yes — and it’s one of the smartest combinations you can make. Strength training and Pilates complement each other perfectly.

After your free taster session, you will have the option to do an introductory offer of your first 5 sessions for £75, so you can really see the Method difference. After then, you can either purchase packages or memberships, where sessions cost between £16-20 depending on how many sessions you attend per week.
